Les & Lou Fischer, Owners

Les Fischer is a third generation diesel mechanic who graduated from the NWTC Diesel Mechanic Program in 1982. He was the Vehicle Maintenance Supervisor for a large Sheboygan area trucking firm prior to starting his own business. On March 6, 1995, Les and his wife Lou opened the doors of Fischer’s Fleet Service, Inc. After starting the company with just each other, Les and Lou now employ 19 people and have served Sheboygan for over 25 years!

Fischer’s Fleet Service, Inc. is a full service diesel truck, trailer, and heavy equipment repair facility. We work on ALL makes and models of large and medium duty commercial diesel trucks as well as equipment. This includes semi-trucks, trailers, dump trucks, excavating equipment, forklifts, fire trucks, ambulances, and much more. Our shop covers everything from routine maintenance to complete engine overhauls and everything in between.

Additionally, Fischer’s has over 20 years of experience selling, installing, servicing, and repairing ALL makes and models of snow and ice removal equipment.   Fischer’s Fleet Service is the Authorized BOSS Dealer of Sheboygan County. We have a large in-house inventory of snow plow parts, spreader parts, and accessories. All installation, service, and repair procedures are provided by trained technicians.

We work closely with a wide range of local businesses in both the private and public sectors to meet all of our customer’s needs.
